I want to backup each setting in the name manager, open a new spreadsheet, and restore them one at a time to the new sheet in order to learn how it works. I would like to open up a worksheet someone gave me and reverse engineer it of sorts. I apologies i unable to attach at first now i attached again. Ive attached the working macro here that works in Windows.
